Chartwell works with your current household staff or can recruit and place new staff. For example, we have hired and trained personal assistants, housekeepers, nannies, gardeners and chefs. Once your home has the best possible staff, we work side by side with the employee(s) to demonstrate new techniques and ideas. We can train your housekeeper to clean with ‘greener’ products, or simply to refresh skills. Or we can introduce new menus and ideas to your chef. Our experience gives us a unique understanding of what can be achieved in your home.
Chartwell also brings a uniformity and consistency to clients with multiple properties. When things work properly in your main residence, we move that system to your other properties so that your expectations are always met. We insure the properties are properly cared for and are ready at any given moment: pantry stocked, wine cellar complete, home in pristine condition Chartwell assumes management responsibilities for these properties as desired, leaving you time to actually enjoy your homes without the extra work to oversee all the details.
As an extra benefit to our clients, Chartwell plans and coordinates many special events. We specialize in at-home entertaining, from a small dinner party to a large family gathering for 100.
